This means that all of our core services, including addresses, phones, emails, demographic, behavioral and lifestyle data are multi-sourced and powered by the top vendors in the direct marketing industry. Also, we constantly test our data vendors to be sure that they are the best available.
Stacked Approach to data - The Stacked Approach uses multiple rounds to run the data through a series of data sources. During each successive round of processing we append the appropriate data to the file and decrease the number of records that we need to process during the next round. This proprietary process provides our clients with the most complete set of data and can be completed quickly because of TargetSmart’s business and technical relationships with multiple data suppliers. We are uniquely set up to turn this data around quickly with volume discount pricing.
With this best-of-breed/stacking approach, we are able to provide results, match rates and pricing that is superior to any single vendor. This allowed us to achieve a 92% accurate phone number rate for one of our clients. This unique combination of complimentary data providers and proprietary processes has allowed us to achieve unprecedented results.
New Data Sources and Products – At TargetSmart we are constantly looking for new data sources and developing new data products that will improve results for our clients. Our strength is helping political organizations use these new data products effectively.
Data Management - At TargetSmart, we believe it’s our obligation ‘not get in between’ our clients and their data. Rather, we provide them with the access, tools, and/or resources they need to get the data when they need it. This is a key challenge for most data/database companies, but one of our core competencies.
TargetSmart again employs a best of breed approach based on the needs not just of the client, but each client’s specific project and the technical capability of the staff managing each project. We can offer simple access to our stacked data services and allow our clients to implement and manage the data, we can host / house the data and provide access to the data or we have several options for full-scale database implementations supporting analytics, campaign management, and robust reporting.
