Overview

TargetSmart compiles individual state-level contributor lists that contain powerful information on the recency, frequency, and monetary value (RFM) characteristics of individuals' political contributions.  We identify each contribution by the party to which they contributed, the type of candidate or organization to which they contributed, and then merge that information with our other data content to create robust, highly-targeted fundraising lists for our clients.

Specific features include:

• Directly-compiled state-level contributor data that contains up to 10 years of contribution history for an individual.
• Leverage microtargeting techniques to construct highly-predictive 'scored lists' of likely contributors by party, contribution amount, and other selects.
